Candlelit Sound Bath Cockett, Swansea, Tuesday 29th September 2026

Candlelit Sound Bath – St Peter's Cockett Community Centre, St Peter's Terrace, Swansea, SA2 0FW. Tuesday 29th September 2026 8-9pm

Step into stillness with this deeply soothing candlelit sound bath. Surrounded by the gentle glow of candlelight, you’ll be invited to lie down, relax and be immersed in waves of sound from Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and percussion.

This experience is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and offer deep rest and restoration. It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself through the healing vibrations of sound.

Please note: Once you have purchased your ticket, if you have not attended a sound bath with me before, please complete the short registration form found on Sound Therapy page or click the link below. This helps us prepare for your comfort and safety.

Registration form: https://www.emailmeform.com/builder/form/JN3238b73bc

What to bring: Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own too to add extra your own comfort. Please bring a blanket to cover you and something to cover your eyes if you’d like to deepen the rest. There are seated options if lying down is not comfortable.

What is a sound bath? A sound bath is a form of sound meditation where you lie back and allow therapeutic sound waves to ‘bathe’ your body and mind. You don’t need to do anything except rest and receive. Many people report feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded after a session.
