Discovery Call

This 30-minute call gives you the chance to delve into where your life is right now and uncover where you want to be. I only take on clients who have a genuine desire to make a change, and this call also gives me the chance to meet you and ensure that your determination for success is as strong as mine. If something isn’t right, if you need something to change, if you are feeling lost or confused in your path, don’t hesitate to book this call. There is no obligation, and this might be the first stride towards you stepping into your power and authentic self.

6 Weeks Foundation to Finding You Coaching Programme

This foundation package takes you through the initial steps of developing a life that creates growth, peace and energy. We will determine what is missing, what feels right, and how we can draw this into your life. You will start to develop new habits that each day will help you to become a more whole, energy fuelled, self-confident and peace filed you. You will investigate five areas of self care; Health, Mindset, Relationships, Environment and Fire, and where you need to create change. You will receive weekly coaching calls, WhatsApp messages and voice message motivation, accountability and reminders and gain the clarity and direction to create the change you want and need.

12 Weeks Strong Core Coaching Programme

This 12-week package takes you through the six weeks ‘Foundation to Finding You’ program, then allows you to delve deeper into what’s missing and can be brought into your life. You will secure habits that will ultimately lead to greater fulfilment, self belief and authenticity. You will solidify the good and with it your confidence, peace and joy. This package offers 12 weeks of video coaching, WhatsApp messages and voice messages which provide motivation and accountability. The ultimate goal of the 12 weeks program is to develop and secure solid habits and to determine your personal 12 self care commandments.

Foundation to Finding you Group Coaching

This 6 week group coaching package takes you through the initial steps of developing a life that creates growth, peace and energy. We will determine what is missing, what feels right, and how we can draw this into your life. You will start to develop new habits that each day will help you to become a more whole, energy fuelled, self-confident and peace filed you. You will touch on five areas of self care; Health, Mindset, Relationships, Environment and Fire, and where you need to create change. You will receive weekly group coaching calls (6 in total), daily interaction through Whatsapp, accountability in our Facebook Challenge Group and the benefits of being part of a team; listening to the fears and challenges of the other members and how we overcome them, plus the bonus motivation and encouragement of being part of a team.

Why should I choose coaching?

Coaching is undoubtedly the very best way to make a change. Many of us know a change needs to be made but aren’t sure what, let alone how. Self care coaching will help you uncover those mysteries, create goals and achieve them! I understand that life is already busy, and it is my ultimate aim to help you to grow and succeed by creating habits that fit around your life.

How do I know if you are the right coach?

This is an important question. We will begin with a FREE 30-minute discovery call, and this will give you the chance to gain a feel for the coaching and me to determine whether you have the genuine desire for change that I want from my members.

Where is the coaching?

Coaching is offered online via Zoom and WhatApp, which gives you ultimate freedom. Take calls at home, in work or sitting in the park. All you need is a device where you can download Zoom and internet access.

How long are the coaching sessions?

The FREE discovery call is 30 minutes. Coaching calls as part of any other package are up to 60 minutes.

I’m nervous about the idea of video calls, what will it be like?

Many of my members expected to find video calls intimidating but quickly found them to be the perfect support, motivation and accountability and their fears soon disappeared.
