When it all gets too much…

Sometimes life can feel excruciatingly painful, and it’s hard to know how to find a way through.

During ough times controlling negative thought patterns can seem impossible, and self care can get lost in the darkness so that even taking a shower can seem too exhausting to tackle. I found a way through the darkness, and this was my route.
