Sound Therapy
Realign – Rebalance – Reawaken
As Practitioner in Sound Therapy trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST), I offer a range of sessions designed to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. Utilizing instruments such as crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and various percussion tools, I create immersive soundscapes that facilitate deep meditative states and emotional release. These instruments have been used for centuries in various cultures for healing and spiritual practices and modern research supports their efficacy in reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity.
Studies have demonstrated the benefits of sound therapy in various settings. For instance, research has shown that Tibetan singing bowl meditation can significantly reduce tension, anxiety, and depression while enhancing spiritual well-being . Additionally, soothing music has been found to lower stress, blood pressure, and post-operative trauma in hospital environments . These findings highlight the potential of sound therapy as a complementary approach to traditional medical treatments!

I offer personalized one-on-one sessions, private group experiences, and communal sound baths. Sound baths are immersive experiences where participants lie down comfortably while being enveloped in harmonious sounds, leading to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. To enhance your experience, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or a deeper connection to yourself, my sound therapy sessions provide a safe and nurturing environment for your journey toward well-being.
Sound baths need to be booked. Please get in touch using contact form for further information or to book a private or corporate event.
